Assistant Operations Manager/Dispatcher:
Supports the Operations Manager in all aspects of lumber yard activity including: receiving inventory, scheduling deliveries, developing delivery routes, verifying load accuracy, oversight of drivers, oversight of yard personnel, monitoring safety compliance, and providing on-site customer service (among others). Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills, high level of attention to detail, and outstanding planning capability.
Lumber Picker / Customer Service Associate:
Builds loads for delivery and assists customers on the lumber yard and in the warehouse. In addition, maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized lumber yard / warehouse, unloads lumber / building supplies, and completes other duties as assigned. Must possess excellent interpersonal / communication skills, have a high level of attention to detail, be able to work outside in all seasons, and be capable of driving forklift. Experience preferred but not required.
Class B CDL Driver:
Completes deliveries and provides job-site customer service. Must be able to lift 100lbs and operate forklift. Company will provide forklift training if required.
Supply Yard Picker / Forklift Operator:
Builds loads for deliveries; provides customer service; maintainsa safe, clean, and well-organized lumber yard; loads and unloads lumber and building supplies; assist ondeliveries. Experienced forklift and lumber yard operator is preferred.
Performs a wide range of administrative duties supporting the full range of company processes including: purchase ordering processing, account receivable / payable review, and inventory auditing, (among others). Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills, high level of attention to detail, and computer proficiency.

Window and Door Specialist
Supports the sales team with all aspects of Window and Door sales and account management.
- Interfacing with various Window and Door vendor portals
- Conducting Window and Door take-offs and pricing estimates
- Conducting field measurements
- Coordinating Window and Door deliveries
- Coordinating to resolve Window and Door issues/discrepancies
- Assisting with the receiving of inbound windows and doors
- other as required
